You can use the ‘About this business’ section to tell people a little something special about your business. Please keep it relevant, do not use this feature to attack your competitors, reviewers or hk-voice.com. This is not the place to post special offers or promotions. We’ll remove them if we see them and you may risk being blacklisted.
Replying to reviewers is often the best way to resolve a dispute with an unhappy customer. Do not launch personal attacks or inappropriate language in your replies or offer an incentive to change a review from a customer.
Adverts and videos are a great way to promote your business. Please keep your promotions clean. We frown upon promotions using violence, drugs, nudity, near nudity or other suggestive acts. Also, do not disparage other businesses or respond negatively to reviews or hk-voice.com
